Booking terms and conditions:

Minimum Stay

October 2026: no minimum stay requirement.

Season 2027: In high season, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

In mid-season, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

No minimum stay is required during low season.

The minimum stay requirement may vary.

In high season, a minimum of two adults per pitch will be charged.

Deposit

The booking will be confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit calculated on the accommodation stay only. The remaining balance for the stay, all additional services and the tourist tax must be paid on the day of arrival.

For bookings made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the stay must be paid in advance. Upon arrival, payment for all additional services and the tourist tax will be required.

In all cases, the entire booked stay must be paid for, even in the event of a late arrival or early departure. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

A €5,00 stay administration fee applies to each pitch booked.

Booking Changes and Cancellation

The booking can be modified, subject to availability, up to 7 days before the arrival date.

The booking can be cancelled up to 30 days before arrival by written request. In case of cancellation, €20,00 will be retained as an administration fee.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained in full.

Cancellation under the above conditions is only possible for the originally booked arrival date and does not apply in the event of subsequent changes to the arrival date.

Pitch Rules and Times

The pitch number will be assigned by the Management subject to availability.

Check-in time: 12:30 PM

Check-out time: 12:00 PM

Check-in is possible until 10:30 PM.

In case of no-show without prior notice, the booking will be automatically cancelled at 12:00 noon on the day following the scheduled arrival date.

Payment of the deposit implies the acknowledgment and acceptance of these booking conditions.
